Terms and Conditions
All reservations and appointments to be paid and booked in advance. Prices stated above are based on off-peak or on-peak (Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday ) and based on per person.
Due to advice from our Therapists, we cannot perform more than one massage on an individual within a 24 hour period. If you are booking more than one treatment within 24 hours and one of them is a massage, we strongly recommend booking subsequent treatments as a facial or similar to ensure you are getting the most out of your spa experience
Clients must advise the spa in advance of any medical concerns that they feel may be relevant to their treatment. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to complete the treatment or an alternative option being offered.
Our treatments services are exclusively available to individuals aged 18 years or older. Clients must provide valid proof of age (e.g., Valid Passport or Driving License) upon request. Failure to provide such proof will result in the denial of services.
